The ground floor room features a wonderful high ceiling and fully licensed bar making it ideal for smaller business purposes, parties, wedding receptions and buffet lunches.

The beautiful Georgian style windows spanning the width of the room face onto the main Denis Compton Oval and have central French doors opening out onto the picturesque Terrace.

The Players Gallery 43 'x 18'/13m x 5.5m

Situated on the upper floor, this delightful pine panelled room is ideal for both dining and larger business purposes. The arched glass ceiling and French windows allow for wonderful natural light, with blackout curtains and ceiling blinds enabling the use of overhead projectors.

French doors lead out onto the balcony giving superb views over the Nursery Ground and open countryside beyond.

The Executive Marquee

Our facilities are enhanced during the summer months (April to September) with the installation of a marquee catering for up to 250 people. This is available for corporate functions, weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, birthdays, Baptisms, Engagement parties and so on.

The dimensions of the marquee are 80ft x 40ft and has its own fully fitted bar; dance floor and a service tent. The front has windows overlooking the famous Denis Compton Oval.

The marquee offers a very romantic and close-up feel with specially designed lights and an ivory lining. The floors are fully carpeted. There's loads of space on either side of the marquee for a bouncy castle or other kids games. The dance floor has enough space and power for a 6 piece band or a large disco.

You are allowed to decorate the marquee as you wish including the use of natural plants. Candles are also permitted.

Access and Overnight accommodation

Shenley Cricket Centre could not be better located, with proximity to main motorway access unrivalled by any other venue - the nearest junctions of both the M1 and M25 being only 3-4 miles away.

We are ideally served by Radlett train station, with direct Thameslink routes to Luton, London and the City. During our key events a special bus service will run frequent services to and from the station providing you and your clients with hassle free access to your important day.

Whilst we do not have accommodation on site, we have many links with local Hotels and Guest Houses and have negotiated special rates for our customers. Please contact Centre staff for full listings.
